By purchasing a tarot reading from Galactic Magik, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms:

SERVICE DELIVERY
All tarot readings are delivered digitally via TikTok and Instagram.
Readings are provided in any of the following formats:
Live stream readings on TikTok or InstagramVideo readings posted on TikTok or InstagramWritten or video readings posted on Instagram Stories
All readings are delivered either during a live stream or posted publicly on TikTok or Instagram (including Stories). Clients are directed to their reading via a link, tag, message, or guidance to its location on my profile.
Standard readings are typically delivered within 14 days of purchase.
A Same-Day Priority Reading service is available at £55.55 (or the current advertised price at the time of purchase), subject to availability.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, illness, travel, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients are responsible for accessing, viewing, and saving their reading once it has been delivered or posted.
Readings form part of my public social media portfolio and content.

ANONYMITY & PRIVACY IN READINGS
All paid readings are recorded and delivered anonymously.
No client names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, payment details, social media handles, or other direct contact or identifying information will be disclosed within paid readings or related content.
References within readings may include general language such as “your person,” “your partner,” “your crush,” initials, zodiac signs, or symbolic descriptors.

LIVE STREAM READINGS
During live stream readings, viewers may voluntarily submit names, initials, or personal details in chat, comments, or messages.
If you do not wish names or identifying references to be spoken aloud, you are responsible for using initials or anonymised identifiers when submitting your question.
Any information shared in live streams is publicly provided by the viewer and is not collected from private client data.

Readings may include references to locations, countries, cities, travel, occupations, personality traits, zodiac signs, initials, family dynamics, relationship situations, and symbolic themes.
Such references are general, symbolic, and intuitive in nature and do not constitute identification of any specific individual.
Similar themes, symbols, and locations may appear across multiple readings as part of collective content.

PUBLICATION & PORTFOLIO USE
By purchasing a reading, you consent to your anonymous reading being published on Galactic Magik’s social media platforms.
These recordings form part of my professional portfolio, content library, marketing, and educational work.
Readings will remain published and will not ordinarily be archived, removed, or made private after publication.
Requests for removal after publication are not guaranteed and are generally not granted.

REFUND & CREDIT POLICY
All bookings are final.
Once payment has been received, refunds will not be issued.
If a client requests cancellation before work on their reading has commenced, store credit may be issued at my discretion. Store credit can be used toward future readings or services and has no cash value.
Once a reading has been started, recorded, completed, delivered, or published, no refunds, cancellations, credits, or chargebacks will be accepted.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Galactic Magik reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue services at any time for behaviour deemed abusive, threatening, harassing, manipulative, discriminatory, or inappropriate.
Where work has not yet begun, store credit may be offered at discretion. Where work has begun, no credit will be issued.

All readings, recordings, videos, written content, social media posts, graphics, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Galactic Magik.
Clients may download and retain their reading for personal use only.
Readings may not be resold, redistributed, reproduced for commercial use, altered, or presented as the client’s own work without written permission.

Galactic Magik respects your privacy and only collects information necessary to provide services.
